We are looking for a 24 hours/7 Days a week live chat/phone support center to handle customer support for a web hosting company.
Operators will be responsible for customer interaction via the live chat as well as answering any questions via telephone.
We can train your operators to increase their knowledge of our products. We can provide the live chat software, or you can provide the integration code to place on our website (we will supply our own Online and Offline images).
All operators MUST be fluent English speakers.
We are a very small company and need a service that offers a reasonable price for "per chat and per call." rather than a set monthly fee. Unless you can provide a flat monthly fee VERY reasonably (our current provider is less than 100 per month)
You MUST have U.S. phone numbers (our system will forward calls to your numbers). We will also require chat transcripts (to monitor quality control)
