I am a brand new online retail store about to go live.
I am looking for a company to handle telephone customer support 24/7, and online order processing, and telephone sales.
THIS IS A BRAND NEW STORE, therefore we are not expecting much volume for the first 1-3 months.
From there we are planning a controlled growth through various marketing techniques, but will start slow to work out any bugs in the system. Our sales goal for these 3 months is 67 sales/month which means there will be A LOT of downtime so don't expect to be paid a premium in the beginning. We are fair and generous and will happily re-evaluate any terms if the volume exceeds our expectations. We hope to find someone who will stick through the initial phase and grow with us.
The specific duties that need to be performed are: answering telephone customer service questions, providing us with feedback about what these questions are so that we can better prepare you for them, taking the occasional phone order and inputting payment info into the online payment processor, and placing all online orders into the manufacturers online order request system. Pretty straightforward. We sell emergency preparedness products and long term food stores (disaster supplies) so there may be a few product referral requests. All quotes should be for monthly service fee. Looking forward to your bids :)
