We are a small fashion-oriented website that sells high-end jewelry and accessories. We need someone who can answer calls and emails from customers to resolve their issues and questions. Currently, there are only a few inquiries per week and are usually either order status related or a report of a problem placing an order on the website. The person who can do this job will be articulate, friendly, and have prior experience with customer service. They will need to accept calls during the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM EST. All calls must be answered by a human in a professional environment (no audible barking dogs or crying babies). Calls and emails made by customers during off-hours must be returned the following day. All calls must be logged and resolved by contacting company personnel for resolution and responding to the customer in a timely way. We are a NJ based company and are not interested in working with an offshore call center. Only US based providers should bid.
