We are a New York, USA based vacation rental company looking to add an amazing individual to our team. Opportunity to learn new skills, use new technology, and be part of a fast growing business!
Hours: Monday - Friday: 9pm to 4pm AND Sat 10am to 8pm Eastern Timezone (GMT -5)
Compensation: USD$240/month with a bonus based on performance. Payments of USD$120 twice a month.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Positive attitude and great work ethic
- Ability to problem solve and find solutions
- Be in front of the laptop during on-shift hours (NOT ON SMARTPHONE)
- 15MBs minimum internet speed
- Computer must have 8 GB of RAM
Experience Preferred But Not Required:
- Previous Airbnb or hospitality customer support experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Respond to guest reservation questions and guest support questions via messaging software
- Customer phone support via Skype
- Administrative support include coordinating with cleaners, handyman, and daily operations
- Data entry and online research support
- Ability to work in fast-paced growing start-up with strong problem solving skills
