It is for an individual who is an incredible go-getter, who understands how to engage with customers (must be fluent in English). This person has experience being on the phone with customers and being incredibly personable and systems-oriented. This person is committed to constantly improving client success and keeping track of our customers with precision. They will help gather key client information, collect testimonials, and monitor customer satisfaction. This person is highly energized by increasing customer satisfaction, loves speaking to people, and can take direction well from their manager (me).
