What I need the freelancer to do:
I am looking for someone 100 percent fluent in English (additional languages can be a plus), to act as a customer support agent via a text live chat.
Goal is to give answers to visitors asking us some questions via our live chat.
As work is not consistent over time, we would like to have you connected from Monday to Friday during work hours (based on GMT -8) and during this timeframe, we would pay you per task (= per number of single chat you have everyday).
Key skills needed to do the job well:
You need to be a good english writer (if you are fluent in other languages this can be a plus!)
You need to be available and connected for this job from Monday to Friday
When someone want to chat, you need to answer quickly.
You'll need to understand our service and the service we provide in order to answer to people. But we'll help you on that and it's simple to understand. :)
What I think a successful engagement will look like for me as a client:
Making sure you are professional in your behavior and in your answers.
Making sure you don't make any mistakes in English is important to us (really small mistakes are OK).
Making sure your answers are always funny and positives is also very important to us.
Making sure your average response time is really short is important to us.
You can get up to 120 usd per week.
