Freelance Remote Account Executive/Recruiter

Job Description:
Hire Resolve is seeking an Applicant who is highly skilled at Customer Service & Telephony to call Candidates on the Job Market who are looking for a new position and to record the Job Seekers details in Telephonic Screenings for a few hours each day.
The successful Applicant will be working closely with our Recruitment team in finding Applicants their dream career path and job position, as well as helping to provide Clients with top-tier Talent for their open Vacancies.

Requirements
Qualifications/skills:
A completed University Degree.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Quick efficient work with the ability to multitask.
Systematic and structured work approach.
Open and efficient communication of Candidate Information with the Team.
Experience required:
Worked previously in Client/Customer-facing Positions.
Clear and professional telephonic communication.
Accurate and efficient Information gathering from telephonic communication.
Experience with conflict management in a Client-facing capacity.
Previous experience in sales, or working in a sales-related field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a team with a team-player approach.
