Hello! Our company is searching for freelancers to test customer support of sites with their call centers. The task usually takes 10-15 minutes. We pay 10$ for each [login to view URL] full task is:
1) Registration on the site using our info
2) Receiving a call from the call center and communicating with it as a normal user who wants to try the project - we need to test their work as a call center and their attitude towards customers.
3) Send me a screenshot of your conversation with them from your call history - we need it to know how long the conversation usually lasts.
