Problem:

CC has been with AA for 2 years. Each year their contract has stayed flat at $17,500 for 100 licences. They are a growing B2B tech organization that currently has 300 employees however, only about 25 people are logging in regularly and sharing. The administrator has voiced concern that they will not renew because of low usage. With their renewal coming up in 3 months, what strategy would you present to them to convince them that they should renew with AA?

Tasks:

You will analyze the data in the Excel spreadsheet and design a Powerpoint deck that outlines your approach and strategy to improving program performance and rationale behind why the customers should renew with the company. Data will be provided regarding how well the content has performed for the past 30 days which may help you tell a story around value. There should be some high level of analysis of the content data in your strategy.

The project will require the following in writing:

1. Breakdown of Data Analysis

2. Statistical Analysis

3. Document the results in Powerpoint presentation deck

4. Recommendations
