I need someone already based around Dongdaemun who can spend time inside the wholesale market gathering hard-to-find information on clothing and accessory suppliers. Your day will revolve around live conversations with shop owners and showroom staff so native-level Korean and confident, friendly negotiation skills are essential. The core of the assignment is twofold: • On-site research – collect up-to-date product pricing and detailed vendor information for the most promising clothing and accessories wholesalers. I will provide a simple spreadsheet template; you fill it with SKUs, minimum order quantities, payment terms and any extra notes you pick up in conversation. • Liaison support – act as my local representative in Korean. This means arranging and confirming appointments, translating product details into English, and negotiating prices that reflect true wholesale rates rather than tourist mark-ups. A quick photo of each item line, business card scans and WhatsApp voice notes after every visit will help me verify accuracy in real time. Turnaround for the first batch of data is one week from project start, after which we can schedule follow-up visits if needed.
