Get paid for email submits - Only USA IP

Hi,  I'm looking for someone to do between 250-499 signups per day. Each signup is quick and very simple, enter email and click on button to submit it.  This job requires you to be an expert in changing your IP address and user agent masking. I need only US IP addresses for this position. If you have the IP Rental Premium Membership (or a program equivalent or better) this would be preferred. Or, if you can market a massive amount of unique people in the US to signup for my program. As I mentioned, the signup is very simple and fast. Payment will be $0.30 per VALID signup(what we see in admin stats) Payments will be made every saturday by PAYPAL to ensure the job is done properly during the week and NO payments will be made up front. TRIAL is available before we choose you for job. Requirements are as follows:  1) You will either need to market a mass amount of unique people to signup for my program or we will give you EMAIL LIST. 2) If you don't have a marketing strategy then I could offer this job to an expert IP changer/ User Agent Masker. A different US IP is required for each signup. I NEED ONLY US IP addresses. You MUST know the ins and outs of changing your IP address and User Agent masking.
