I have created an access data base about people from a certain industry. The database contains many related tables, one of them deals with the work-experience of those people. The data that needs to go into that table comes mainly from the professional network XING (you need a premium account to see the data - costs for premium account will be covered by me if not available). The data needs to be copied into the access table containing the following information:
- name of person (comes from a related table which is the reference which names to search for)
- beginning of job
- end of job
- position in this job (position comes from another support table)
- company of the job (also from a support table)
- type of job (fulltime / part-time / intern - predefined values)
There are appr. 1,600 datasets with persons (reference point: existing table), each name has an average of 3 jobs. This means the total number of record entries would be around 4,800.
There are 475 names with their jobs already entered in the database, so you have plenty reference points.
The project has a high priority - I would need at least 1,000 name records (equals around 3,000 record entries) done by Sunday morning (24 July 10.00 am Central European summer time).
If the project is completed succesfully, an additional data entry job within the same database will follow.
