Incoming Phone Support/Virtual Assistant

Looking to try out a part time freelancer as a phone support assistant for 30 days.

Primary responsibility will be to answer calls for 2 businesses with 1 incoming line each and answer questions with templates provided and schedule appointments for our clients. You will need to be available to answer our incoming lines monday - friday, CST at varying times. Average calls volume is less than 20 calls a day currently.

Secondary responsibilities will include data entry of client intake form, imputing income and expenses into Quickbooks,

updating forms and printing documents using Logmein. Ordering supplies and other tasks as needed.

Pay will be $2 per hour for 30 hours a week. Would prefer female assistant because most of clients are female body contouring clients who would feel uncomfortable discussing their body image issues with a male.
