Reformat contact data in excel spreadsheet.
The existing contact information is contained in a single column in an excel spreadsheet divided into 27 tabs as shown in [url removed, login to view]
All contact data must be transposed into a database type format where each record is a separate row and individual data points (such as name, address, email, etc…) are listed in columns within that row.
A record may contain information such as first and last names, title, addresses, telephone and fax numbers as well as an email address. Each data point must be reordered in its own cell as shown on the attached [url removed, login to view]
Most records are missing one or more data points which makes and automated solution problematic. Missing information should be left blank. 100% accuracy is required.
There are approximately 10,025 contact records.
