Simple data entry project

We need someone to manually transfer data from email forms to our back-office data system. Data is derived from prospective clients who find our website and then enter their personal information into a form that is emailed to us. Data that needs to be transferred consists of the following: -Prospective Client's Name -State Abbreviation (U.S.) -Zip code -phone number -Email You will be provided with a copy of the email files and access to our back-office data system. Entry of each prospective client's info is anticipated to take approximately 30 seconds per client. We have up to 5,000 prospective client's names. For this project, however, we only want to "test" your services for up to 500 names. If things go well, we can hire you to do additional data entry. We will not pay per hour. Please place your bid based on the TOTAL amount you want to be paid for entry of a total of 500 prospective clients. The faster you type, the more you will make "per hour." Payment by Freelancer escrow account only. We would like to have this project substantially completed by Wednesday or so of next week (May 5). If you are an expert typist, you should be able to kick out 500 names in about 5 hours of working time. It may take longer based on your own skills set, but in no event should it take longer than about 10 hours. You do not have to be U.S. based, but we will give preference to U.S./Canadian freelancers, if your bids are within the median range. Regardless of your location, you must be able to prove trustworthiness, which includes prompt responses via email or phone. You must be able to communicate effectively in English. And you must be able to type ACCURATELY. Preference will be given to prospective freelancers with a proven track record here at Freelancer.
