Resources required to handles following jobs:
1. Data Entry Using a web portal access, scrapping data to the system
• Data entry
• Data correction
• Data filtration
• Integrity check
Once data entered updating remaining fields using Google maps etc
Resource should be quick and good in web system usage and should know
how to simplify the job for fast operations.
2. Using outbound calls confirming and signing up suppliers to the system and then importing their service items and prices to the system. Candidate(s) should have excellent communication skills with fluent UK/US English accent to avoid any quality issue.
3. Taking inbound calls from various parties for technical support and sign up queries/issues. For phone support and service, resource(s) should have excellent communication, sales, basic IT skills with full fledged knowledge to work with web systems along with good data entry expertise.
Consideration will be only for professional companies/group with solid background and presentable portfolio in the relevant job.
Language, sales, customer service and data entry skills will be reviewed before any task assignment.
Should have a long term approach for all service
