Sobre la carga de datos (requerida): propongo un flujo robusto con carga manual y masiva, validaciones previas, procesamiento asíncrono y trazabilidad completa (logs, errores y reprocesos). A nivel técnico, planteo una arquitectura desacoplada con API REST y PostgreSQL, control de concurrencia (optimistic locking), autenticación JWT y esquema de roles/permisos (RBAC).
