We are a small company based in Philadelphia, started in 2015, and we are looking for a team-mate whom we can work together! Our company buys real estate properties to sell or rehab (fix) to rent or sell it for more. We also deal with commercial properties and new constructions of multi-unit building.
- Admin work
- Taking and Giving Calls
- Negotiating basic terms (we will train you, of course)
- Drafting Contracts (also you will be trained to do so)
- Any other work related to our current and upcoming projects.
