As the selected Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to act as the primary aid to our client, take on a myriad of tasks essential to the daily function of the office. As the Administrative Assistant, your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Setting up and attending meetings
* Keeping minutes/notes
* Data entry
* Creating spread sheets, documents and presentations
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. You will be highly organized and ready to contribute to the team.
You will have at least 1 -2 years of Administrative Assistance experience
Some post secondary (but not required)
Experience with Maximo or ERP (but not required)
