Technical and essential skills:
- Excel: intermediate/advanced
- Virtual conversation management (customer service)
- Cold call expert
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Have Knowledge in Asana
+ Super plus: have knowledge and experience in Real Estate
- Be able to close sales in the imboliary area.
- Work organization (be extremely attentive to detail)
- Adaptable schedule
- Ability to monitor target metrics.
