I need a membership web site for a new association. The site must allow members to register thier details and be givena login passowrd and mebership number. The site should also allow for members to, blog, carry out on line training programs and take an exam at the end of the program, the results of that eaxm being recorded. Each member can elect to join at a varying membership level that will grant them differing benefits. The top level of membership would give them access to thier own diary system that would be viewable to clients to check when they were available for work.
The site must allow for suppliers of goods and services to advertise.
The site would be accessible by three types of member, for ease of introduction they could be called
1. the workers (they are the group that need a diary)
2. the clients (they give work projects to the next group)
3. the agencies (they get work from the clients and employ the workers on a project by project basis)
All of these 3 groups need the capability to leave feed back on each other.
