I’m looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to take charge of the day-to-day entries in my small business accounts. Everything is currently tracked in Hisab kitab, so you’ll need solid hands-on experience with that platform. Your core responsibility is straightforward: keep the books accurate and up to date. That means posting sales invoices and supplier bills, coding expenses, reconciling bank and cash transactions each week, and delivering a clean trial balance at month-end. If you happen to be comfortable with QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave, that added flexibility could be useful down the line, but for now Hisab kitab remains our primary environment. I’ll give you remote access to the company file, last quarter’s source documents, and a short onboarding video. During the first week I’d like the backlog for the previous two months brought fully current; after that, weekly postings and reconciliations every Friday will keep us on track. Deliverables • Hisab kitab file updated with all entries and attached source documents • Weekly bank and cash reconciliation summaries • End-of-month trial balance and basic P&L (PDF) Accuracy, clear communication, and respect for deadlines are key.
