Due to growth across the team there is an opportunity in the Trades and Labour team for a candidate resourcer to support our Labour Hire consultant.
As a resourcer your role will be crucial to support the consultant with candidate engagement, sourcing and management.
You will use our databases, internal and external, job boards and marketing tools to identify candidates, undertake interviews and manage the candidate side of the recruitment process.
Ability to work within a fast paced environment with exposure to a range of people throughout the Construction industry is essential.

To be successful you will need to have confidence in both written and verbal communication, excellent computer knowledge and be target driven.
You will be highly organised, proactive and be resilient.
Working closely with consultants to support the teams ongoing successes you will be part of an expanding team based in Sydney who work hard together and have a fun, social and lively work culture who never miss an opportunity to celebrate success and acknowledge results.
We currently will set you up with all the tools and resources ie. Your own email address, login to our online system, your own virtual phone number where you will be able to make phone calls. All we really need for you is to have a happy smile on your face when speaking to our candidates.
Part of this role will be doing a lot of phone screening of the candidates, sending them online application forms for them to fill out, and having them registered on our system.
We are currently looking at a target of having 50 candidates registered every week for this role. You will be paid on a weekly basis through Freelancer using their online timesheet system.
