The Customer Service position includes the following duties. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Must be reliable, responsible and detailed orientated and be able to work in a Team based environment.
Answer incoming calls and make any necessary follow up outbound calls.
Resolve customer issues.
Provide exceptional customer service
Documents phone calls and actions in the database.
Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly and efficiently for customers on the phone.
Basic computer knowledge required
