In the last 4 years I was employed as customer service representative, retention L2 and technical support. My experience in customer service is 4 years. During my shifts I dealed with US and Canadian customers.
As a customer service representative, I have developed strong communicational and negotiation skills. One of my main duties is to retain customers, explain options and find best options for individual requirements of particular customer, set up new accounts for different details that suite better for customer's needs. These duties require meticulous negotiation skills, and an ability to convey complex ideas clearly, explain customers the policy of the company. Sometimes I have to deal with three-way calls with local providers.
I have also gained extensive experience in the field of billing. In particular, through my work with Call Center International, I have become heavily involved in various payments duties: processing payments, applying credits, and etc.
I am confident that my experience in the customer service, my ability to work on multiple tasks at the same period and skills in foreign languages qualify me for consideration.
