We are currently in search of a Data Entry Clerk for a Social Services Organization.
Full-Time Microsoft Access Data Entry operator is responsible for the operation of the database including, updating records, and processing donations. The Data Entry operator is responsible for the integration and/or reconciliation of data from on-line sources. The Data Entry operator will report directly to the comptroller.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Integration of ongoing imports of data
Maintain comprehensive records in Microsoft Access
Responsible for data entry and tracking of all donations
Generate and process donation receipts, acknowledgment letters
Documenting changes to records
Prepare queries/tables for mailings
Answer questions from members and donors over the phone
Maintaining privacy of donors
Mailing missed publications to members
