Assisting with the developing of a priority matrix for medical education data management for ODAS
Work with various offices and stakeholders to collect and enter medical education data for ODAS (examples of data to be collected and entered includes learner grade point averages, medical college admission test scores and scores on medical licensure exams)
Support accreditation data and continuous quality improvement.
Enter medical education data quickly and accurately.
Sorting, compiling, and verifying accuracy of information that comes from offices across Academic Affairs.
Creating and updating spreadsheets.
Generating reports and visualizations of medical education data as needed.
Interpreting and analyzing available medical education data and results.
Reviewing medical education data for deficiencies, correcting incompatibilities.
Researching and obtaining information for incomplete documents to ensure accuracy of data to be entered
Responding to queries for information from stakeholders across Academic Affairs and the BSOM and accessing relevant files.
Merging medical education data files and formatting those data as needed
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
License or Certification required by statute or regulation

Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills. Detail-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
Demonstrated skills/experience in appropriate computer, statistical, or database applications.
Demonstrated skills/experience in interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated excellence in written, oral, presentation and interpersonal skills.
License or Certification required by the Department
