The purpose of the Cash Applications and Customer Account Specialist is to assist the Supervisor with duties, tasks, and varying job functions on a daily basis.
Apply all methods of customer payments and credits
Create and maintain customer records
Research customer information
Distribute incoming mail
Process customer account adjustments
Answer Queue calls for Customer Portal
Periodically assist receptionist
Miscellaneous job duties as assigned
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks both effectively and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Ability to type 35-40 WPM.
Excellent data entry skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
