I run a marketing and advertising firm in the US and we have a growing need to outsource some data entry work on a regular basis.
The current project I have is collecting 5 fields of data from the web into an excel spreadsheet. Here is a breakdown of the project
1) You will google the name of a school district located in the united states (list provided) the school is usually the first result. Ex. Amarillo ISD
2) You will locate and browse the school district website and look for a link that says "Employment". You will browse the employment page until you find contact information for the human resources department or HR person. If this doesnt work, usually on the website there is a staff listing or staff directory. If you cannot find any reference, try to find the name and contact information for the Superintendent. The fields are name, title, phone, email, website of district.
3) You will enter this information into an excel spreadsheet.
** We do not expect that you will be able to find information on every single record but 99% of the information is there. I started the spreadsheet and I did about 5 records per minute.
There are a total of 1,031 records. I have already done about 25 of them. Please provide price per record and price for the entire project.
