Data entry into infinite options app on shopify

I have a list of tags that I need to input into the infinite options app. Its very easy work but its just time consuming for me.
Here is an example of what needs to be done. There is a list of tags for example "12x12x12" and I need you to create an option set with those figures. The option set has lines for personalisation so the tags correspond to the character limits for each line. The tag is automatically linked to my products with the same tag.
So you need to copy an existing set and edit it. Existing one might be "12x12x10" so in the options you need to change the last line character limit to 10. I've done 143 already, there are roughly 530 more tags to input. I have attached a photo but I will show you exactly what needs to be done.
This cannot be done via a spreadsheet or bulk upload.
