Small data entry project, total 20 hours, 5 hours a week for 4 weeks. Starting this week.
This involves copying articles from desktop publishing software and then pasting them into an online Content Management System.
This is for a printed newspaper which puts its weekly articles online.
There are maybe 100 articles per week. Most need to be done Wednesday night or Thursday mornings. The rest need to be done Thursday night or Friday mornings.
You will need to upload the files from the server to your desktop using FTP, open them with the Adobe software, copy the articles and then paste them online in the appropriate category.
There will be limited HTML requirements, changing font, font size, bolding, creating links. This will be done using the online WYSIWYG editor.
1. Must have latest versions of Adobe InDesign CS and Pagemaker. There are no substitutions. If you don't have these you can't do the project.
2. Must be available this Wednesday night, tomorrow, May 18, at 8PM Eastern Standard Time (New York time) for online training which is part of the 20 hours.

4. Yahoo or AOL Instant Messenger to contact with me and for training.
5. FTP software
6. Basic HTML skills
