I have a collection of Microsoft Word files, Excel sheets, PDFs, and a few PowerPoint decks that all need to be brought into a clean, consistent state so I can find and use the information quickly. The core goal is data organization, but that naturally involves several hands-on tasks: • Re-type or copy-paste any raw text where necessary, maintaining the exact wording. • Re-format paragraphs, headings, bullet lists, and page layouts in Word so everything looks uniform. • Insert the images, charts, and tables I supply (or that you extract from the source files) into the right spots without breaking the flow. • Convert PDFs to editable Word when required, double-checking for accuracy. • Proofread for spelling, grammar, and basic style issues as you go. • Mirror these standards in the accompanying Excel and PowerPoint files so the data matches across formats. I’ll pass over the documents in batches along with simple naming conventions and any specific style notes. Your returned files should be fully editable, with track-changes off and all assets embedded or linked correctly. If something is unclear—layout choices, missing data, image resolution—drop me a quick note before proceeding so we stay on the same page. Let me know your estimated turnaround for an initial batch of five mixed documents and any questions you might have.
