This is not fair you are not giving chance to new freelancers. Just give me a sample of xml i will convert it to csv (comma separated values) then you can hire me In xml the work is like <Product name > Iron <Product name > <Product color > green <Product color > and in csv it will be Product name,color Iron , green waiting for your reply ......
