Fitness Influencer Outreach VA

We're hiring a Virtual Assistant to scale that channel manually. The role: You'll spend your day doing two things: finding the right creators, and reaching out to them [login to view URL]: Research and identify Instagram/Tiktok creators in self-improvement, recovery, mental health, fitness, dating, and faith-based niches Watch 2–3 of each creator's recent videos to assess content quality, audience engagement, and brand fit Send personalized DMs that reference something specific from their content — no copy-paste, no templates that ignore who the creator is Log every conversation in our shared CRM (Notion or Airtable, full training provided) Send 40–60 high-quality DMs per day (not 200 mass-blasts) Follow up on replies, qualify interest, and route serious conversations to me for negotiation Weekly report: DMs sent, response rate, qualified leads, creators signed Critical requirement: no automation. This work must be 100% manual. We will not work with anyone using Phantombuster, Instantly, Dux-Soup, scraping tools, AI-generated bulk DMs, or any automation that bypasses manual review. We've tried automated outreach and it produced low-quality creator matches and damaged response rates.
