There’s going to be two milestones for this project:
1st part – Pulling the necessary data outlined further below.
2nd part – Uploading and entering data pulled from first part.
Intro: Our company has launched an interior design directory on our website. We launched a telemarketing campaign and called thousands of designers asking if we’re able to create their free company profile for them on our platform. We’ve already created hundreds of profiles and have a backlog of thousands to do. We’ll initially start in batches of 1000 profiles, paid per 1000 completed profiles.
We will provide you a spreadsheet with the following information:
Address (either full or city, state)
We will share with you a Google Drive folder, in that folder, you’ll create separate folders for each company that with the following items:
Their company logo as a profile image, dimensions 172x172
Create a company banner for them, dimensions 1128x270
Company intro or description in a text file
The following information filled into spreadsheet if it’s missing: Email, Phone, Address
At least 1 or 2 projects on their website – These companies are interior designers, so they’ll usually have projects listed
Save each project in its own folder under the company folder eg. Project 1, Project 2
Save a description of the project in a text file under each project folder
Save 6 project images for each project. Avoid using just their thumbnails and pull the highest quality resolution available. Shoot for at least 900px wide for each project images.

If a company does not have certain items such as projects or projects with low quality images, please note it in the spreadsheet so we could verify.
Once you’ve completed pulling all the necessary data and images for the above for the number of profiles we agreed upon, once verified by me, we’ll release payment for 1st milestone.
After we’ve verified everything in the first milestone, we’ll auto generate login credentials for each company accounts on our website.
This second milestone is basically uploading all the images and profiles you pulled from 1st milestone into our platform.
The process is very simple, I’ll update the original spreadsheet with usernames and password. Login with those credentials and upload the following information in this example on our website:

Address (can be full address if available or at least City, State)
About me (this is their company intro or description)
Create 1-2 Projects and upload the necessary high quality images pulled from their website, along with the project description if available.
Once the batch of profiles has been uploaded and filled out, we’ll verify it internally and if quality and completeness is there, we’ll release second Milestone payment.
