I have a set of "raw" data. I want to clean it up and format it into a new tab in google sheets, using macros, scripts, automation.
the raw data has a list of owners and the real estate properties they own.
these are my rules
1. i only want to send one letter to each property owner
2. business and people owners will have two different letter templates used so that they need to be separated
3. duplicate owners should identified so that i only send one letter per owner, but i am putting all the data into podio, so i don't want to delete duplicates. i just don't want to mail to them.
