Requirements:

Excellent MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.

Receptionist and administrative experience required

Provide general administrative and clerical support

Well organized and efficient and demonstrates a high level of attention to detail

Ability to multi-task, work well as a team or solo and work under pressure while performing daily tasks

Ability to make a GREAT first impression on the phone and in person

Greet on-site visitors and announce arrival to appropriate personnel

Professional, reliable, and is on time every day Great Time Management Skills

Answering multi line phone system

Screen and direct multi-line telephone system

Take and relay messages to appropriate personnel

Able to troubleshoot

Scanning and electronic filing of documents, create and print memos, correspondence, reports and other documents

Send, receive, sort, and route all mail and deliveries.
