To assist our sales team in Australia with the following:
a) Entering data from telephoned recorded messages (from sales representatives) and input into the correct customer into our CRM and also allocate task that may be required to be completed (for example -send sample of XXXX product to attention: John Smith) and you would allocate a task for the relevant person to arrange.
b) Entering Sales Orders received via Fax and Email into our ERP (Netsuite) 100% accurately and quickly and on-time.
c) To contact clients with overdue accounts via phone to request payment and prompt for urgent payment.
1) Must understand Australian English and be exceptional in English
2) Must be able to learn to use Netsuite CRM and Sales Order Entry
3) Must be able to work from 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time
4) To have a phone system that can be called and a message recorded for data entry into CRM
Ongoing daily work for strong Australian Company.
