This position will see you liaising with customers to ensure freight is moved in a timely and cost effective manner and within the required deadlines. You will monitor and report on freight status, escalating any concerns and working with the team and customer to manage through to resolution. You will need be confident to deal with customers on a regular basis with sound English communication skills
Skills and experience
To be considered for this position applicants will have recent Customer/Client Services, Previous experience within a freight forwarding environment or transport background would be an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a professional manner and the confidence to liaise directly with clients (over the telephone) are all essential attributes.
Also it is essential that you have a home office, (we can supply additional monitors and office phone equipment.)
You will also have the potential to earn monthly bonuses for bringing on new customers.
