I am promoting a how to website to African Americans. I need to seend friend request with a message to African Americans, or at least those who look african american. Only serious, experienced bids. This is not your typical friend request to any and all on facebook or myspace. I will only pay for requests sent to targeted minorty population. I need to know in your bid cost/request/social network and request/day/social network. My budget for this is about $350-600 you will receive payment at end of each day or weekly for friends requested. The job will go to the maximum number of requests I can have sent for this price. Some detail should be given on how this will be accomplished(particularly facebook since they have no search function for race) and experience.
