We extract a text file from a dashboard every month with a list of projects done by 4 centers that affect 16 different locations. In excel the data is manipulated using pivot tables to generate graphs and tables for 10 different slides. The goal is to automate the process with macros and/or VisualBasic so we extract the data and with a macro, we create the graphs and then the slides so we just need to enter the comments. The data changes and growth each month since it accumulates the projects from previous months. The report in powerpoints needs to be created by each one of the locations so 16 powerpoints coming from the same data filtered by location.
