I am looking for a personal assistant/virtual assistant who understands the administrative support a company director needs.
You must have (at minimum) the following skills:
1. Excellent English language - speaking AND writing
2. Email marketing skills
3. Google docs knowledge
4. Appointment-setting/Scheduling knowledge
5. General, excellent administrative skills - able to use Word/Excel with ease
6. Willingness to learn
7. Ability to work on own and to take the initiative
8. Flexible in nature. Can work as part of a team as well as individually
I need someone long-term. You MUST be reliable, disciplined, good at time management, multi-tasking, and be able to get jobs completed, to a high standard.
I am happy to increase pay over a period of time, as well as offer bonuses for good work.
