One-Time Irish Address Verification

I must confirm a list of residential addresses located in the Republic of Ireland to satisfy a legal-compliance requirement. This is a single, one-off assignment: once the addresses have been validated and the report is accepted, the project is complete. You will receive a spreadsheet containing all addresses that need checking. For each entry I need: • independent confirmation that the residence exists at the stated location, • the current occupant’s name (when publicly available), or a note that the resident is “unknown / unavailable”, • a time-stamped proof source—this can be an official registry lookup, utility roll, Eircode database screenshot, or another verifiable record. Please return the enriched spreadsheet together with your documentary evidence, organised clearly so I can archive it for audit purposes. Accuracy is critical because the findings will be retained as part of a statutory file. If you already have access to Irish electoral rolls, Eircode APIs, An Post databases, or similar trusted data sources, let me know; it will speed up selection. Turnaround within one week is ideal, but tell me if you need a little longer.
