You’ll be responsible for doing the following at the company:
Assist managers in daily task and activities.
Post, monitor, and organize activities regarding hiring of new employees to the company.
Organize and keep track of receipts sent to you by managers into the bookkeeping software of the company.
Organize and keep track of receipts sent to you by managers into the personal bookkeeping software of your managers.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and activities, whether online or offline, as required by your managers.
Assist your managers in supervising other employees in the company.
Quickly learn other skills using training provided by the company.
Keep your manager’s calendar up-to-date and help schedule appointments and reminders.
Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the company.
Assist you managers to keep track on the subordinates’ performance by using the software assigned.
This is a Remote position. You’ll have the choice to work at your home in your Pyjamas, in a park with your dog, or in a small cafe. As long as you get the work done, you can work from anywhere.
Skills & Requirements
Extreme Fast Learner. Proven track record of continuous learning and improvement is required. Applicant must enjoy learning new skills.
Outstanding English, Simplified & Traditional Chinese writing skills. Can be able to quickly write and draft content like memos, emails, and letters under pressure.
Excellent people management skills. You’ll assist in managing a remote team of 30-40 employees, so you gotta have a thick skin and know how to motivate the team to get more work done.
Efficient in getting things done. Applicant needs to be really good at getting things done fast.
Associate or Bachelor Degree in any discipline should be fine.
Comfortable in dealing with numbers and softwares such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
Amazing track record of flexibility and using unconventional ways to get things done.
Previously got experience in hiring.
Has some basic bookkeeping experience.
Extremely fast and effective in doing Research in both written Chinese and English.
Great Communication skills in spoken English and Mandarin.
Outstanding time management and prioritization skills, combined with the ability to work remotely from home.
Can start working as soon as possible.
Fresh graduates, graduated mainland students, and applicants with a Liberal Arts background are more than welcome.
