Job Description:
Looking for participants for trial sessions. Not looking for a coach.
What is coaching:
Coaching is a form of learning where a person (a coach) supports someone else (coachee) to create learning and personal growth in a way that benefits them. They want to learn new ways of thinking and approaching situations.

• Increased knowledge of self/self-awareness.
• Increased motivation. Improved personal effectiveness.
Looking for participants with the following attributes:
• Open Minded
• Open Communication (Able to share thoughts openly based on their own experiences in life)
• Open to discuss about setting of goals (past, present & future)
• Would like to discuss about an issue/a problem he/she is facing
• Able to try techniques/tool advised by coach
• Have a stable internet connection for video calls (zoom)
Participants should have experience and be comfortable discussing about the following topics:
• Life/Relationship
• Sexuality
Note: The coaching sessions will be conducted via zoom. The sessions may be recorded. All recordings will be kept strictly confidential and for internal usage.
