We are in the firearms training business. We educate citizens in the safe handling of firearms in their home and on the range. We do not sell guns.
We're looking for a virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately 10-15 hours per week. The work will include the following:
- Answering calls that come to your department.
- Send/Respond to client emails.
- Make and confirm training and travel arrangements.
- Social media skills a plus!
- Other pluses, but not required -- photoshop, video editing or recording, etc.
- Positive Attitude is required.
- Entrepreneur Spirit. You do not require micro-managing.
- Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Knowledge of online operational software. (Google docs, Constant Contact, Weebly)
