Busy CEO is in need of a virtual assistant to assist with some of her residual income projects, social media/branding and follow up on email tasks.
-Manage airbnb listings on www.airbnb.com. Respond to all guests very quickly. Answer questions, communicate with maid service to get units cleaned in between use.
-Manage [url removed, login to view] pages. Research meetups, post meetups and other things provided to you by the CEO. Answer member questions.
- Complete research and online tasks for events that are put together the CEO's Event Coordinator
-Keep the CEO's general blog and social media up to date
-Research and maintain a schedule of branding opportunities and put them in place for the CEO and CEO's company
-Follow up with emails on behalf of the CEO
-Must have EXCELLENT fluent English, nothing should be broken up or misspelled, as you will be representing the CEO.
-Must be able to answer to all inquiries from tasks very, very quickly. No more than 5 minutes during hours of 9 am - 7 pm central standard time. This is very important so please make sure you are compatible with this time zone.
-Must be a quick learner, highly trainable and good at researching the Internet
