PT Personal Office Assistant

I am looking for an experienced part time Personal Office Assistant to help me with my day-to-day tasks that primarily included retrieving incoming documents, transferring them to a digital holding folder and logging the receipt of the documents and providing a follow up list of missing documents. Familiarity with Excel, Word is a must. Knowledge of Drop box and Google Sheets may be required to complete the tasks. . Access to Zoom of Google Meets is highly desirable for training sessions. Data entry skills, organization skills, knowledge of Excel and follow up are the top priorities.
