Retype manuscript Rengao dictionary part 1

I have a 410 page manuscript dictionary of Rengao, but we just start with the first 50 pages in 2 PDF files. Rengao is a language of Vietnam, written in Vietnamese script. It is in 3 columns, mostly typed but some handwritten entries/additions. The centre column is Vietnamese, but this is not to be typed, I just want the first column (Rengao) and third column (English). I have prepared an Excel sheet with the first 2 pages already typed to show you how I want it done, please type the next 2 pages into the same file in the same way to show me that you understand. It took me less than 20 minutes to carefully type the first 2 pages, so it should take less than a day to type the 48 pages in this first file, and much quicker once you get used to it. If I am happy you can type the rest of it in stages.
