Send barcode emails to guests as well as fill in google spreadsheet

We currently have to send barcodes to guests manually until we integrate our ticketing system directly into the ski resorts point of sale system.
Our guests print out the barcode email we send and bring it in to the ticket office for redemption. The ski resort has access to a Google spreadsheet of all arrivals for that day.
The task we are looking for is copying and pasting data from the confirmations into the Google doc as well as sending out secondary emails with the barcodes inbedded into the guests email.
The position we are hiring for is temporary until we fully integrate our systems.
The task is repetitive and straight forward. You'll need to be extremely detail oriented.
It's 7 days a week from about 5pm to 1am mountain standard time for the next several weeks. You can do it at your leisure but all emails need to be sent out that night for arrivals the next day.
On average, we're currently sending out about 70 to 100 emails per night which need barcodes and data entered into the Google Spreadsheet.
To qualify, you'll need:
1) Dual monitor
2) Understanding of excel, google drive and google spreadsheets
3) Outlook email
4) A great understanding of keyboard short cuts. For example Control C / Control V.
5) Distraction free time.
